Where did everybody go?
If at some point in the near future, hundreds of thousands of people
Instead, be aware that the Bible teaches of a day when the Lord will
return to this planet for His bride. As believers in Christ, we are His bride
and the scenario plays out much in the same way as the parable of the
10 virgins:
(Matthew 25:1)
"Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their
lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom."
(2)"And five of them were wise, and five were foolish."
(4)"But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps."
(5)"While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept."
(6)"And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh;
go ye out to meet him."
(7)"Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps."
(8)"And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone
out."
(9)"But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and
you:
but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves."
(10)"And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready
went
in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut."
(11)"Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us."
(12)"But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not."
(13)"Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of
man cometh."
Those who are left behind at this event will be those who were NOT
Christians. But, of course, many who call themselves by that name and
many who would be considered as Christians will be left out, much like
the unwise virgins of the parable.
Our advice to you is to get yourself a copy of the Bible, KJV preferably,
and start reading and learning all that you can while there's still time.
At this point, the book of Revelation might be a good place to start.
We encourage you to pay special attention to the warnings to the
seven churches that start out that book.
Remember to put your trust in God and His Word to find out what
you can do to overcome the deceptive lies that will lead many to the
torment of a Godless eternity.
And, by the way, do NOT take the mark!
(Revelation 20:4)
"And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them:
and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for
the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image,
neither
had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived
and reigned with Christ a thousand years."
We sincerely hope that these video clips will be a help to you as well.
