First of all, this scripture makes it clear that Mary did, indeed, have normal marital relations with Joseph.
But, it was quite obviously ‘after’ the birth of Christ.
So, this definitely puts an end to the idea of Mary being a perpetual virgin.
“Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.”
Then, these scriptures not only tell us that Jesus had brothers and sisters, but it actually lists some of them
“Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon,
and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?”
“Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not
his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin,
and in his own house.”
“But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord’s brother.”
SO, DOES JESUS HAVE ANY BROTHERS OR SISTERS?
