Dove Worldview:

Although geared toward kids, this DVD does offer a lot of teaching material, delivered by authors and speakers like Dennis Swift and Mike Riddle. The gang who put this together takes the subject seriously but yet they find time to be entertaining, dressing in a dinosaur costume, joking and hamming it up for the camera. The program sifts through various topics such as, “Does the Bible mention dinosaurs?”. It deals with their extinction, Noah’s ark, the controversial topic of evolution, and ends with a strong plea for the viewer to become a Christian if he/she is not one already. It also has a song at the end. One question which is dealt with is, “What’s the one thing we don’t like about dinosaurs?” This refers to the Christian artists who made this program who don’t enjoy dinosaurs being used as “poster boys” to proclaim evolution.Although the program might be a bit difficult for those twelve and older to sit through, it nevertheless makes some good points and those who especially like dinosaurs will enjoy it. We happily award this DVD our Dove “Family-Approved” Seal for every member of the family.
